Arihant's management team has a right mix of young and experienced professionals with an enviable exposure to the core and complimentary areas of business.

Mr Kamal Lunawath, 39, serves as the Managing Director of the company. Mr Lunawath is associated with the company since its inception. He has a decade-long experience in managing large residential and commercial building projects from concept to completion. His special interest lies in creating state-of-the-art, plug and play IT parks and integrated township projects.

Col A L Jayabhanu, 66, a Whole Time Director, is a management expert with vast experience in marketing residential and commercial properties. He has over 13 years of experience in marketing and personnel development.

Mr Vimal Lunawath, 38, is the Executive Director of the company. He has over 11 years of experience in real estate business. He specialises in designing, execution and completion of large residential complexes with a size of over 250 flats.

Mr Bhart M Jain, 35, is the whole time Director of the company, has 13 years of experience in construction activities, especially in residential apartments and industrial sheds. 

Mr A Damodaran, 75, Director, has over 41 years of experience in various specialisations in civil planning and construction. He is an expert in township planning.

Mr Ravikant M Choudhary, 47, Director, is a leading stock broker. He has 19 years of experience in all kinds of stock trading and investment activities.

Mr A Subramanian, 65, Director, is a Chartered Accountant. He has 30 years of rich experience in financial management. He has resigned with effect from 08th August, 2011.

Mr. Kishore Kumar Sahoo, 38, is the company Secretary.
