Arihant Fernvilla Sold Out!

Arihant Foundations and Housing announced on Monday that it's ongoing residential project 'Arihant Fernvilla' at North Chennai, has been fully sold out. The civil work is going on and the project team expects it to be ready for delivery by September 2006.

"We are overwhelmed by the response to Fernvilla. Going by the amount of enquiries we keep getting from customers, the board has decided to promote another Villa-type project in the near future. But will be a much bigger one in terms of number of units and amenities," said Mr Kamal Lunawat, Managing Director, Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd.
