Flooring: Vitrified tiles flooring in living, dining and other bedrooms, ceramic tiles flooring in balconies. 

Kitchen: Black granite counter with stainless steel sink and printed tiles of 8”x8” upto a height of 2’ above the kitchen counter with ceramic tile flooring & 8”x8” printed tiles in utility area. 

Bathroom / Toilet Fittings: From Parryware / Hindware in white colour with jaquar or equivalent fittings with ceramic tile flooring & dado upto “7” feet height. 

Doors: Door frames are made of good quality seasoned and chemically treated wood with 32mm thick flush doors. Panelled main door. 

Windows: Anodized aluminum sliding windows. 

Electrical: ISI quality wiring used for entire building with modular switches. Three phase electrical supply with independent meters will be provided. 

Telephone: One telephone jack each provided in the living room and all bedrooms & broadband connectivity in every flat. 

Intercom facility: Flat to security. 

Television: T.V. Connection facility is provided in living room and all bedrooms. 
 

Painting

External: Emulsion paint. 

Internal: Oil Bound Distemper will be used for internal areas.
